What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear comfortable clothing. You will be doing different exercises and we like our patients to be comfortable during their physical therapy session.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to your appointment as you will have paperwork to fill out. To save time you can always download and print the forms under our New Patients section. As a courtesy we contact your insurance company prior to you coming in for your initial evaluation. Some policies cover a percentage while others require a copay per visit. We encourage our patients to contact their insurance company prior to the appointment with any benefit questions.

As a courtesy to patients that do not have insurance we offer a cash rate of $100 for your initial evaluation and then $85 for every visit thereafter.
